Honesty and integrity

I never actually met Kalvin or bought a car from AutoVero so it might seem strange that I am writing a review about them but if you have read this far I will explain. I called AutoVero as they had what looked like a perfect Audi RS4 that I had been searching for with all the options I wanted, when I called this is when I first spoke to Kalvin who then explained that they had discovered an issue with the car and he was no longer comfortable selling to anybody without them knowing the full story which he then explained to me in detail, Kalvin didn’t know me yet showed his values in talking me through the issue he had discovered and although I never would of known the issue if I had purchased the car this didn’t sit right with Kalvin. This is unfortunately rare and I am so thankful to Kalvin being so honest AutoVero is so much more than car sales it’s about trust and integrity and although he did not sell me a car also offered advise on another car I was going to look at. Thankyou when I am ready for my next car hopefully you will have what I am after and I can meet you in person.
