Buying a sports car can be daunting, & with lots of rouge traders about, there is a lot at risk. I bought my first 911 Targa from Kalvin & would 100% recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable, honest & trustworthy only handing over cars that meet his own personal high standards. I travelled from Stoke on Trent & Kalvin even picked me up from the train station. You’re probably wondering why I am giving a 5 star review for not buying a car from Autovero. Well, it goes like this. I saw what I thought was the car I really wanted. It looked the part and was inspected by a local garage on my behalf and was agreed to be restored very well. Just before getting it delivered, I had conversations with specialist who knew far more about the classic car than either myself, Autovero and probably the company that made them. It turned out in the end the vehicle wasn't the specific one I wanted. Autovero had helped me all the way through this process and as opposed to feeling they had lost a sale they were pleased to refund my deposit on the basis I wasn't getting the exact model i wanted. I would recommend them without reservation.

As a woman driver bad buyer, Kalvin made me feel the whole process was comfortable, smooth, relax and reliable. He was so patient to walk through the car with me, helped me with settings and he was very responsible to make sure the car is in the best condition to be handed over. He has also done a great follow up after sales which was even more impressive. I would certainly recommend Kalvin as car dealer!

It has been now six months or so since i picked up my Mercedes ML from Kalvin, and i can only say thank you for making the buying experience hassle free , from when i enquired, to meeting Kalvin and then arranging to pick the car up. the car was as good as the description and even better than the Photos. I did have an issue with the car as a brake sensor was intermittent But i spoke to Kalvin and i took it in to a Local Garage and Kalvin took care of the bill, Just taken it in for a MOT and has come back all good. Customer experience, prior to meeting, during and the offer of after sales assistance has proven to be of a standard you would expect of buying limited edition cars from the best car marquees. Not hurried, not pushy, but helpful and attentive with a wealth of car knowledge. When the time comes to shop for another car will put in a call to Kalvin at AeroVero.

My experience of buying a car through Autovero has been excellent from start to finish.
Kalvin, Autovero's director, listened to my requirements carefully and used his considerable expertise to guide me towards the model and price range that matched them.
Within a very short time, Autvero identified a car that was on spec and within budget. It was delivered today in pristine condition - it was clear to me that Kalvin is proud to meet his own very high standards about vehicles that he handles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

I bought a 2010 Manual R8 from Autovero and dealt with Kalvin directly and here’s what to expect if you did the same...
From the first phone call Kalvin knew everything on the vehicle and took time to answer all my questions I had whilst I was just doing my initial enquiring on a few cars.
I was also politely followed up to ask how my search was going and was met with the words if you’re interested in this spec car and if it’s within your budget you will buy this one if you see it, and he was absolutely right. I booked an appointment to view the car and took a quick walk from Angel underground station down Regents Canal to Autovero, where I was presented with the car exactly how it was described to me and impeccably well prepared. It became clear Kalvin will only stock the best vehicles he can find. The car was faultless and just what I was looking for. We went for a test drive together and then he insisted I take a test drive again with just me and my wife in the car. Again, he was right, there was no reason not to purchase the car, so we quickly came to a deal and I paid my deposit on the car.
I prepared my own finance on the vehicle which meant Kalvin had to cooperate with a 3rd party he didn’t know and acted promptly on all requests and also allowed for a tracker to be fitted. Collection day arrives and the car is perfect, we did a quick bit of paperwork and the Keys were mine. I drove home and Kalvin even rang to check all was ok on the drive home.
So if you’re looking at a car Autovero is advertising and are questioning is this car for me? I can say it probably is and would encourage you to call Autovero. I know I’ll call again in the future.

Kalvin purchased my car and I can't recommend Kalvin enough. The whole process from the initial call to meeting with the car and Kalvin transferring the funds to my account was effortless and probably the easiest sale of a car I've ever had. Audi purchase
Called Kalvin to ask about the details on a car, got them all straight away, didn’t have to call me back. He knows his stock well including all the details. Spent 3 days going back and forth on price then I went to see the car. I soon realised why he didn’t want to negotiate, the car was mint. Let us up in the office, enjoyed a coffee whilst the payment and paperwork was being done. Checked up to see if we got home in the evening. Great all around and highly recommended.

He is professional, polite, genuinely passionate about his trade, and very knowledgeable about everything he has and cars generally. All his stock is immaculate. I bought an 18 plate Mustang from Kalvin at Autovero. He’s such a professional, genuine and accommodating guy, very friendly and even picked my wife and I up from Paddington station. He’s not pushy at all and I felt the service was really personal. The car was just under 3 years old, and Kalvin paid to extend the manufacturing warranty for a year, rather than the standard 6 month warranty a garage would provide. My wife will be looking for a 4x4 next year so we’ll definitely ask for Kalvins assistance and would recommend him to everyone.
